Registration: Women's Exercise Classes

Regardless of your age, shape, or frame (modifications for limited mobility possible), these fun exercises may be helpful to your physical and spiritual well-being. With words of encouragement from the Scriptures, exercises, and Christian music, you will hardly realize you have been working out! Each class that will meet once a week will include MIRA! and PraiseMoves. • MIRA! incorporates some of the best elements of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and simple Latin dance steps, blending both cardio and muscle toning. • In PraisesMoves you may find help with weight loss, stress relief, strengthening, and flexibility through deep stretching and gentle, flowing movements, which have been compared to--but are not--Yoga moves. Weekly Classes begin in January and meet once a week for 8 weeks: - Monday, January 6, 6:30-7:30p: $15, or, if childcare (3 & under) is needed, $20. - Tuesday, January 7, 11:15a-12:00p: $15, or, if childcare (3 & under) is needed, $20. - Tuesday, January 7, 12:00-12:45p, $15. There is no childcare option for this class. Lucy Wright is a certified personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, a registered nurse, and is married to Tom Wright. SAPC has supported them as missionaries for approximately 30 years.
